Superhero

I posted this story on facebook, but I have to write about it on my blog too. The boys and I went to see Eric at the firehall and the siren went off. Eric went right into action...waved at me...climbed into that big truck...drove away with sirens and lights a glow. All the while, the boys where completely in awe. I think this was the first time they really got it, you know. My daddy is a real true blue FIREFIGHTER.

We left the fire hall and I asked the boys what they thoughts and Mason says..Daddy helps people. Sam said Daddy is a superhero! Oh my goodness....for a moment..time froze...I couldn't breath...my heart filled with pride. A superhero! You are a superhero, Eric and we love you! We love all our firefighters! So blessed to call you family!!
